Kyrgyz High Technologies Park is a virtual port that aims to facilitate the free movement of ideas, people, technologies, and innovation along the New Silk Road. The Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers Association was established in 2008 to offer an economic path focused on innovation, knowledge, creativity, and developing human resources. 3. Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers Association (KSSDA) was established on 23 of July
in 2008. It is an association of companies involved in IT industry, ready to offer the
government and society a new path of economic development based on:
- innovations;
- knowledge;
- creativity;
- potential of human resources.
Mission of Association – We have neither oil nor gas, and also we have no access to the sea.
But we have talented people, beautiful nature which gives energy and inspiration. And so
internet became our sea, ocean of opportunities. We will create a powerful modern industry
of software development to enter the global market and for the development of the local
economy in Kyrgyzstan. We will contribute to reduce the digital divide between urban and
rural areas. We will involve a large number of young people to the profession, create jobs
with better tax preferences for them and they will be the basis, the core of the future of
