(2017: 54%, 2018: 63% , 87% Registrar group, 58% consultant group)

Full neurological documentation , improved from 1:15 notes in 2017 to 1:5 in 2018
Closing the audit loop with recommendation to continue in improving the neurological
documentation.
Picked up more cases with neurological deficiency (2017:2% , 2018:3%)
