Where are industrial boilers installed?
Industrial boilers must be installed in a place exclusively for them, and must also comply with each country's safety conditions, which in Spain are stricter for larger and
more powerful boilers.
Current Spanish regulations divide them into class I and class II.
First class boilers, [Pressure (Bar) x Volume (litres) <15000], are usually less than 2000 kg/h and 8 bar, and installed in a boiler area. This is an area protected by a metal
fence or chain, and can be outside, or inside in a room with specific safety measures.
Second class boilers, [Pressure (Bar) x Volume (litres)> 15000], are larger and more powerful, and as such require a boiler room, which must be a self-contained closed
room with walls and a roof. They must comply with stricter safety measures than first class boilers.
ATTSU designs, manufactures and installs all the items that your boiler room or area may need thanks to its "turnkey" service.

Who can service boilers on industrial premises?
Although there is always one or more properly certified people responsible for the internal maintenance of boilers on industrial premises, ATTSU can perform
the mandatory regular boiler inspections stipulated by Spanish legislation governing high pressure equipment, since this must be done by a duly certified
company.
These inspections can include cleaning, servicing, installing spare parts, testing, etc. and simply visual inspections, but the certificate of the regular service
which is legally valid for presentation to government bodies must be issued.

What is the relationship between the manufacturer and owner/user after the industrial
steam boiler has been delivered?
Given the very specific technical specifications of industrial boilers and their importance in
the production processes in which they are involved, the relationship between each
boiler's manufacturer and owner lasts almost as long as the boiler's lifetime. Both parties
have duties and obligations with respect to the other, which are regulated by law.
For example, the manufacturer must provide the owner with all the necessary
documentation for the boiler they have just purchased, ranging from the operating and
maintenance instructions to the safety and control devices.
Meanwhile, the owner of the boiler must have specialised personnel to operate it, must
perform the necessary checks and repairs to keep the boiler in perfect condition to obtain
the best performance from it, and is responsible for safety checks.
The owner of the premises is also the company responsible for legalising the installation of
the equipment and for carrying out the mandatory inspections, with the company accredited
to carry them out.

In which countries can boilers manufactured by ATTSU be installed?
ATTSU manufactures steam boilers and hot and superheated water boilers in Spain (in Valencia and Catalonia), as well as thermal oil boilers and electric steam boilers that are
installed in more than seventy countries all over the world (including Iceland, Sri Lanka, Honduras , Bangladesh and Angola).
This is possible because the boilers that ATTSU manufactures comply with the regulations of the territory concerned, such as the European Union's EC regulations, or the
American ASME regulations for American countries.
The boilers that ATTSU manufactures can be installed in any country in the world.
