We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to undergo the Training for a period from 13th
June 2016 for 2 months.
Please bring with you No-Objection certificate for training from your institute.
You shallbe paid a stipend as per the existing norms while on training and shall be provided with locker
facilities for safekeeping of your uniforms and other belongings. You shall be entitled to free meals while
on duty at the employee restaurant. You would also be required to complete 1 or 2 projects as advised by
the concerned HOD of the area of your maximum training exposure and submit the same to the
undersigned prior to the completion of your training programme.
Kindly note that you shall have to arrange for your own accommodation and transportation during the
period of your training.
You are required to be present in white shirt, black trouserand black shoes on the first day.
