1. Team members: Responsibilities:
Ash
Ash will be in charge of food
preparation, making sure all kitchen
surfaces and areas are clean and
sanitised. Ash will make sure all our
work is up to date, and that we haven’t
skipped anything. Ash will create recipe
cards 5-8. Ash will source the materials.
Dan
Dan will be the photographer. He will
make sure all food is placed correctly
and looks inviting. Dan will create a
template that we will use for all of our
work. Dan will create recipe cards 1-4.
Dan will supply the first aid kit; this
means we may be able to carry on
working after one of us sustains a minor
injury.
