National Bank of Philadelphia, 1875, $1, Ch#610; and a small collection of 5 different 1929 Nevada
Nationals including notes from Ely, Eureka, Reno and Winnemucca, Nevada; as well as dozens of
additional rare and attractive notes.
Scripophily is represented by over 300 lots including banking, mining, navigation, foreign and U.S. issued
and specimen stocks and bonds that includes many desirable and rare issues rarely offered at auction.

行軍票 Hankow, China. 1 Yuan, P-A88 S/M#S110-20, (A Provincial Bank of Hupeh
1 yuan banknote overprinted on P-S2104), issued in 1929, with red imprints on the
face. The imprint indicated that this is a military note. The main figure on the face is
a tower. The serial number is 925922A. The red text imprinted is: “to be cashed by the
Four-Provinces Farmers Bank or Provincial Bank of Hubei in Hankou, Hubei province.”
The back side shows the bank name, denomination, serial number, date and issuing city
Hankow. Good to GVG with faults, splits, high wear, but still extremely rare and first

China, 1 Jiao 1933. 中華蘇維埃共和國國家銀行湘贛省分行1933
年壹角 China, A rare banknote issued by a provincial branch of the national bank of
the communist government in the Chinese civil war era. The front shows a globe and
the Party emblem in center, and “One Jiao” on sides. Signatures are possibly of the bank
managers. Bottom indicates “ten jiao could be exchanged to a silver dollar”. Back shows
a picture of tower, and a year of 1933. The serial number is difficult to read. A red seal
on the back is also unreadable. Fine condition grade. 國共內戰時期蘇區地方銀行所
發行之紙幣一角。正面中央為地球及党徽,簽名或為銀行經理。下方有“拾
角兑銀壹元”。背面主景為寶塔,序列號难以辨认。同時顯示面值,及年號
