APA ITU ANALYSE JOB ORDER /CHANGE
REQUEST/ARAHAN PERINTAH KERJA?

5. ◎ Dikenali work ticket atau job ticket kerana kerja
◎ Sesuatu perintah kerja untuk menghasilkan produk atau
perkhidmatan.
◎ perintah kerja boleh dipanggil pesanan perkhidmatan di mana
perintah kerja yang merekodkan lokasi, tarikh dan masa
perkhidmatan yang dijalankan dan jenis kerja yang dilakukan.
◎ arahan kerja juga mengandungi maklumat orang yang
menyelesaikan tugas serta kadar bayaran (contohnya
RM/jam,RM/minggu) dan juga jumlah jam bekerja dan jumlah
nilai.
◎ Sesuatu perintah kerja mungkin mengandungi
penyelenggaraan, pembaikan dan penyenggaraan yang
merupakan permintaan daripada pelajar, fakulti atau
kakitangan di universiti atau kolej

dilakukan,
◎menyenaraikan caj bagi bahan dan buruh,
dan boleh diberikan kepada pelanggan
sebagai invois.

◎ Komputer merupakan alat atau mesin automatik yang boleh
diaturcarakan untuk menerima data dan mengolah data seperti
melakukan pengiraan matematik logik atau pemprosesan lain dan
kemudian mengeluarkan data terproses secara bersistem
◎ Komputer boleh menerima arahan dari manusia dan kemudian
memprosesnya serta menyimpan semua maklumat ini untuk
kegunaan kemudian dan mengeluarkan satu keputusan untuk
semakan pengguna. Komputer berfungsi sebagai alat untuk
memproses data menjadi maklumat.
