The Paleolithic Age, also known as the Old Stone Age, began around 2.5 million years ago and ended approximately 10,000 years ago. During this time, humans were hunter-gatherers who lived in caves and made tools from stone, bone, wood, and antlers to hunt animals and gather plants for food. Life was difficult during the Paleolithic Age as humans had to constantly search for food, water, and shelter to survive.
