 1979 , Jonathan Allen, Sheri hunnicutt और Dennis klatt ने MIT में MITalk
laboratory text to speech system ko developed किया था ।
 उसिे दो साल बाद , Dennis Klatt ने अपना famous KlatTalk कसस्टम प्रस्तुत किया
था । किसमें नई Sophisticated voicing source िा उपयोग किया गया था ।
 उदहारण : DECtalk , DECtalk PC .

6. TEXT TO SPEECH प्रक्रिया
 Normalization - इसके अंतर्गत् text file में से unwanted space , special
characters और मात्राओंको remove क्रकया जाता है ।
 Tokenization - इसमें वाक्यों िो अलग-अलग किया िाता है और punctuation
processing िी िाती है ।
Syllabic Segmentation - इसमें शब्दों िो syllable िे form में कवभाकित किया
िाता है ।
Syllables िो sound file (phoneme में convert िरिे ) में convert किया िाता है ।
Sound file िी clubbing िी िाती है ।

 Pause Filtering & Setting -
Database – इसके अंतर्गत् vowel syllable , consonant syllable और cluster
consonant define होते हैं ।
