1. Summary of Experience of Lt Col Anil Yadav (Retd), FIE.
After seeking Premature retirement from the Indian Army on Compassionate
Grounds (10 July 2013 AN) joined NBCC the very next day (11 July 2013 FN).
(a) From 10 July 2013 to 13 Aug 2015
(i) Was posted in the Project Monitoring Group at Corporate office and
responsible for monitoring numerous Civil and infrastructure projects
throughout India.
(ii) Qualified as GRIHA Evaluator (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat
Assessment) akin to Global LEED rating in India.
(iii) Nominated as Member of Environment Committee of Federation of
Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
(iv) Desk Officer for monitoring and review of Consultancy Division,
Business Development Division and Real Estate Division.
(v) Was accorded with additional responsibility of responding to
Parliamentary Questions and Standing Committee of Lok Sabha
(Lower House of the Parliament of India) on Urban Development and
Other Parliamentary Committees.
(vi) Represented NBCC in in various forums and Joint Working Groups on
Urban Development with Japan, Netherlands, Germany, UK, USA and
Columbia.
(vii) Prepared the Draft Working Group MoU between India and Tajakistan.
(viii) Interactions on behalf of the Corporation with ICC, FICCI, BRICS, BIS
and other Chambers of Commerce.
(ix) Formulation of the Corporate R&D and Sustainable Development
Policy and further monitoring of R& D Projects.
(x) Formulation of the Corporate Social responsibility Policy and further
monitoring of the projects.
(xi) Was nominated to visit BROAD Group, China, to study the feasibility of
construction Pre Engineered Multi-storey Buildings in India, with
Technology Collaboration with BROAD Group of China.
(xii) Provided expert inputs for development of an In-house Project
Reporting and Monitoring Software for progress monitoring.

2. (b) 13 Aug 2015 till Date
(i) Appointed to the significant post of Technical Officer attached to
the Chairman cum Managing Director of NBCC and designated as
DGM (Corporate Coordination and Planning).
(ii) Rendering technical advice and to keep track on progress of design
and project implementation of major projects under execution by NBCC
for appraisal of Chairman cum Managing Director.
(iii) Monitoring critical projects and key initiatives of Government of India
like Smart Cities Project, Housing for all by 2020, Namami Gange.
(iv) Liaison with National and International officials and other stake holders
on behalf of the Corporation.
(v) Participate and provide technical advice on Corporate Policies and
Perspective Planning.
(vi) Member of Committees to assess/approve concept plans of all major
projects and appointment of Consultants and Contractors.
(vii) Prepared and presented the Corporate Plan Document to achieve and
annual CAGR of 25 % (Vision 2020).
(viii) Preparation, conduct, issue of Minutes and follow up action on all
reviews by the CMD of Various Divisions and Functional Directors
(ix) Part of Core Group for conducting Corporate Events like Annual Day,
Investors Dinner, Annual General body Meeting, Parliamentary
committee meetings etc.
(x) Organising Media management activities like CMD interviews,
investors meet etc.
(xi) Reviewing the Corporate Social Media activities like website,
Facebook, Wikipedia etc.
(xii) Organising CMD interaction with Indian and Foreign Investors / Stake
holders
