6. Furthermore, he/she is also given an economy-class airfare to and from the Annual Meeting (flights arranged by ASCO). Hotel reservations and payments for 6 nights are also made by ASCO.

They also provided with $100 for expenses associated with obtaining a U.S. B1/B2 visa, along with a reimbursement of up to $1,000, for Recipients who are required to travel outside their country in order to obtain a U.S.
