I am working as development officer lic of india since 1990. Before that WAS in a pvt college teaching all subjects except mathmatics. Thought being just a development officer is not enough so decided to form a chapter of JCI in my work place with the help of local friends and became the charter secretary and then in 2000 president. Grabbed the training opportunity provided by the organization . It helped me my better part that liked most what I was doing earlier before I joined LIC. Teaching. realized that training is my cup of tea. So so far conducted about 500 training programmes on various personality development topics.
