Angelique Chandler and Nicola Teelucksingh demonstrated care for guests at the Hyatt Trinidad hotel. Angelique welcomed guests and surprised them with desserts along with other staff members. Nicola welcomed returning guests and after learning they were there for a funeral, arranged for a condolence card signed by staff to be delivered to the grieving husband. The guests were moved by these thoughtful gestures and continue to return to Hyatt Trinidad due to the excellent service and accommodating staff.

Thank you for yourkind and thoughtfulgestures!Below is a note from Marion Gittens who mentioned the two of
you on her HySat action sheet:
As usual, I (and ny husband)was very pleased with the excellent service provided by the staff at all levels and in all
departments. One staff member in particular was again outstanding. Angelique Chandler welcomed us on arrival
and pleasantly surprised my husband and I with two desserts,presented by her and a number of staff members. We
were very moved by this very kind gesture and would have liked to attach a photo to this survey.
Later in the evening we placed our dinner order with Nicola, who also welcomed us back to Hyatt Trinidad. She
enquired whether we were on vacation and we explained our visit was to attend the funeral of a family member.
Before our meal arrived, Nicola presented my husband with a condolence card with a beautiful hand written note,
which was and signed by a number of the Lobby Bar staff members. Nicola paid attention to what we were saying
and exhibited thoughtfulnessand care by arranging for the card to be presented.
Because of Hyatt Trinidad's excellent service record, we are always pleased to return. The night time entertainment
is lively and enjoyable, the food choices are varied and healthy and of course the staff are very accommodating and
pleasant.
