About

After growing up professionally in a major management consulting company, I decided to start a new career path. I propose myself to companies not only as a management consultant but as a "change agent" and temporary manager: this means taking a project from initial business analysis and design to manage the implementation, with an output-oriented and "to-do" approach, and integrated over all possible levers for change: strategy, organization, technology, processes and resources. The main projects of which I was part and I have been conducted are in area of Supply Chain / Operations, re-engineering of processes, organization, IT & E-Business and Project Management.
