Vancouver Business Network Forum (VBNF) is a fast growing group of
business owners who: SHARE IDEAS, SHARE RESOURCES, CONNECT,
EXPAND AND GROW TOGETHER. Since our inception in January, 2005,
we have now over 150 registered members and the list is growing every
day.
The purpose of this forum is to provide an equal opportunity for all
participants to network and promote their products or services
regardless of their origin or race. Networking is a powerful tool because
one connection leads to many others.
VBNF will help business owners to network together and build a strong
business community that will promote prosperity and success, by
working with each other.
Our Philosophy
VBNF understands the difficulties of getting new customers; especially
when you are new in your business or new in the community. We realize
that by helping each other, you can save a lot of effort marketing your
products or services. We also want to give our members a virtual home
by having a website that is designed for the members.
Our Meetings
VBNF hosts monthly and special meetings each month. The date and
venue of the meetings will be announced once they are arranged. Please

now expanding our meeting venues from Burnaby to Vancouver and
Richmond. Better yet, we also started a new group, VBNF – Chinese for
Chinese speaking only members. Any VBNF members are welcome to
come to any of our meetings in different areas.

each VBNF Meeting, we will invite expertise from our membership or
industrial experts to provide our members a mini seminar on selected
topics depending on the needs of our members. These seminars can
cover topics from: Internet Marketing, Business Networking, Finance
Planning, Accounting, Taxation, Business Laws, Web Designs, Business
Solutions, Web Programming applications, Health and Life Style. We
welcome members to be the keynote speakers. As a keynote speaker,
you can help our members to learn more about you and your expertise.
If needed, they can either come to you or refer their friends to you for
advice or services.

Networking never stops at VBNF. While we do our own networking
events, we also go out to network with other networking groups on the
Lower Mainland. We will invite them to join our family.

Our Management Team
VBNF consists of a number of professionals in various fields leaded by
our President, Alex Au-Yeung, M. Eng. P. Eng. Alex has over 30 years of
experience in the telecommunications industry specialized in
Engineering, Marketing, Web applications and Business Solutions.
Together with 8 other core members, we have over 200 years of
collective experience in Business Planning, Graphics Design, Marketing,
Engineering, Software Programming, Business Solutions, Journalism,
Sales, Operations Development and Website Designs. Through our
mother company, CMY Designs Inc., who has built our website that, is
both elegant and functional.
