5. How to fill talent plan 3.3 - changes
1. Use proper role/JD’s name in team [updated to JD’s presented on
September functional meeting] – explanation in JD explanation tab
(this is one of the point of feedback)
2. Put productivity and retention rate from last 2 quaters (Q3&Q4 2014)
3. Put convertion rate for each sub-product – tab Dashboard
6. How to divide responsibilities?
• LC VP TM 14-15 should fill this Talent Plan together with LC VP TM 15-16
• Final responsibility for creation Talent Plan is on LC VP TM 14-15
• For Talent Plan execution responsible will be LC VP TM 15-16
• That’s why you should co-create this Talent Plan because it will be the
result of both cadencies.
