Do you ever feel like, you are being watched! Not by a common
people but by an alien. Will it happens like we watch animal on zoo. Aliens
could be out there watching us every move in galactic zoo. They may want to
study the human race, learn from our technology or maybe they are attack us.
In the case of sci-fi movie, we may see them as bad one like the ones who
attack our planet and steal all our resources.
Never mind humans afraid of aliens, the may be afraid of us. On either
side when aliens have been watching earth since the birth of humanity. If they
are watching us from the beginning, think about the horrible destruction they
have seen as human cause such as deforestation, pollution, and the country
war
Truly humans are constantly trying to kill each other. It estimated that
almost 1 billion people have died for the war throughout the history. So from
the alien perspective, human might seems like a violent and scary
homosapiens species. They would not like to make connect because they are
afraid of there species living, which could very well like violence.

The existence of alien life is explained by the Fermi paradox. We
have our own plants and sun but in the cases of universe there are billion of
other suns and they might be billion of years older than our solar system.
There may also find earth like planets with highly intelligence life. So they
may also produce interstellar travel.
In Fermi paradox, by travelling in interstellar travel it take million
years to travel through the whole galaxy. Will there be well grown civilization
that is million years older than us and we are tiny peace of their history.
When this is true, aliens may already find us.
Apart from the scary species we may not be interesting to them to
make contact with us. We may just be 1 life form out of thousand or million
that the aliens have seen.
Take for an example if you see fish colony in water, do you try to
make contact with it! You likely prefer to go along with your own day. To other
life form in universe we may just be fish in the water. It need right signal to
communicate, which is difficult to discover.
