My first debut as an employee joined in Management Development Program. Most of my time was spent on learning business process in Company, there are Loan origination, Risk Management, Operation, Loan Management . In this learning process, i gain many knowledge and story about the flow process in this multifinance. About 4 month on the job training before i finished the process, I have an opportunity to learn many more than i can't imagine.
