1. Mr. Abhijeet Vasant Patil was appointed as a Project Fellow for a research project funded by the UGC and led by Dr. G. G. Muley. 2. The appointment is for three years or until the end of the project, whichever comes first, and comes with a consolidated fellowship of Rs. 14,000 for the first two years and Rs. 16,000 for the third year. 3. The terms of the appointment specify Mr. Patil's responsibilities to the project, leaves and holidays, conditions around other employment, and requirements to produce documents upon joining.

Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor is pleased to appoint Mr. Abhiieet Vasant Patil as a Project Fellow on
the consolidated fellowship of Rs. 14,000/- for first two years and Rs. 16,000/- for third year.
The appointment is purely temporary for three years or coterminous with the prcject whichever is
earlier.

The terms and co[ditions are
l. He will serve for the tenure ofthe prqiect.
2. He shall be entitled only for casual leaves as per the rules of the university however the
participatiorl/deputation in the academic/research activities in India or abroad will be treated as
on duty.
3. He shall be entitled for holidays as per academic calendar but not entitled for long vacations
i,e. summer/winter vacations.
4. He shall not accept any paid appointments or receive any emolument, salary, fellowship or
stipend from any other sourc€s dudng the tenure.
5. He shall abide by the rules and regulations issued him time to time by the University and
Principal Investigator and work full time for the research project to achieve goal in specified
period.
6. The fellowship may be teminated any time without assigning the reasons and University
decision in this regard will be final.
7. He has to join thejob on or before February 18, 2013 unless extended on the genuine reason
after written request, failing which the appointment shall be F€ated as cancelled.
8, On termination of the service he has 1o give up the University all books, apparatus, records'
fumiture's, money and other articles belonging to the university that may be in his possession'
9. The Unive6ity will have right to deduct from fellowship payable to him any amount that may
be due form University time to time.
On the day ofjoining he has to produce following documents
L Medical Fitness certificate from the Civil Surgeon/Member ofUniversity Medical Board'
2. Original certifioate ofacademic qualification for verification.
3. No objection certificate from previous employer, ifemployed.
