Flatten
the
abdominal
wall
pushing
the
navel
back
to
the
spine
and
then
keeping
the
knees
together
slowly
lower
to
one
side
at
about
45
degrees
and
hold
for
5
-‐
10
seconds
then
return
to
the
centre
and
repeat
on
the
opposite
side.
Shoulders
remain
on
the
floor.
Hold
position
each
time
feeling
the
tension
in
the
abdominals.
Start
at
5
reps
of
10
sec
holds.

required.
