  1. 參考用講稿: mod's hair 是一個 hair care 的品牌 ( 按滑鼠跑出產品圖 ) 左邊是舊包裝,右邊是今年推出的新包裝。 mod's hair 於 1968 在巴黎創立 1999 年跟日本的 Unilever( 聯合利華 ) 合作 2000 年由 Unilever 代理進入台灣 mod's hair 擁有完整產品線 (complete product line) 包含洗髮精、潤髮乳以及髮蠟等等 在市場中除了 mod's hair 跟沙宣,其他品牌都只有洗髮精跟潤髮乳而沒有髮蠟這塊
  2. As you can see, mod's hair use its brand's name to design the logo. ( 以品牌名稱的文字去設計 logo) 品牌的命名原因是 " 希望能為所有的人設計一頭流行時尚的造型 " The brand doesn't have a fixed slogan, but it has a short jingle if you have seen its advertising then you will know. (mod's hair 沒有固定的 slogan ,但是它有 jingle ,如果你曾經看過就會知道 ) Let's listen to the jingle. ( 現在來聽聽看它的 jingle)
  3. 1. 簡單俐落的風格 simple and crisp style (Each brand has its own brand image, for example MA CHERIE, it shows ornate style, really different to mod‘s hair 每個品牌都有它的品牌形象,比方說瑪萱妮呈現出華麗的風格,跟 mod’s hair 很不同 ) 2. 品牌知名度高 high brand awareness 3. 產品多樣性 product diversification(shampoo, conditioner, wax…) 4. 日本原裝進口 made in Japan 5. 屬於中價位產品 mid-price (it's not expensive so consumers may be willing to buy the products) 6. 使用上男女皆可 ( 中性 ) Suitable for both men and women ( 有些品牌會覺得就是很女生用的,像是剛剛介紹的瑪萱妮,如果看到男生用會覺得很奇怪吧? )

Consumers have a vague idea of the brand image 隨著市場上洗髮精品牌越來越多,消費者對 mod’s hair 的印象漸為模糊 因此 mod’s hair 品牌知名度雖然夠高卻未能促使購買 Brand awareness is high, but failed to make purchase 換句話說當消費者去超市或屈臣氏 (Watson) 等等地方購買洗髮精、潤髮乳或髮蠟時不會想到要購買 mod’s hair 3. Without impressed function 沒有印象深刻的產品功能 ( 例如海倫仙杜絲主打去屑 ) Consumers don’t know the main functions of the products. (Head-Shoulders is highlighting the function of eliminating the dandruff) 4. 電視廣告量低 Lack of advertising / TV advertising is not enough 這也是造成消費者對品牌印象模糊的原因之一 5. 缺乏讓人記憶鮮明的代言人 no celebrity endorsement / no famous advertising stars celebrity endorsement 就好比蔡依林代言海倫仙度絲 Mod’s hair 幾乎沒有使用明星代言,除了韓國明星寶兒曾經是 mod’s hair 2008 年的廣告代言人,但是消費者對該廣告沒有什麼印象
  6. 1. 中低價位為髮品市場主流 The products with low cost or mid price are the mainstream of the market. And Mod’s hair belongs to mid price market.( 而 mod’s hair 屬於中價位市場 ) 2. 日本產品受青睞 Consumers prefer Japanese products. And Mod’s hair is made in Japan. 3. 消費者髮品忠誠度不高可以給目前市佔率不高的 mod’s hair 有機會改變消費者的使用品牌。 Mod’s hair could increase their market share because of the low brand loyalty of consumers.
  7. 1. 市場上品牌眾多,替代性高。 There are numerous brands in the market. It can be substituted easily. For example be replaced by other products which have lower prices.( 被許多其他低價位的商品所取代。 ) 2. 越來越多日本製的品牌進入台灣 且產品價格普遍偏高,但是消費者似乎很買單,對中低價位的市場造成威脅。 ( 按滑鼠播圖,圖片會自動換所以不用一直點 ~) 最後兩個品牌,潘婷跟沙宣雖然早就進入台灣市場,最近也推出了價位較高的產品
