provided APP on their iPhone

Once the resident comes near
community lock she generates a key in
her APP. As a next step that key is
scanned at the controller APP and opens
the gate for valid key !

unlocking of the community gate
lock.Wifi (occasional) - Periodically
somebody with WiFi access can come in
proximity to controller app to sync.

resident APP. It works with the legacy
access card systems

a) They can generate the key for
themselves
b) They can generate and send the key
to Guest
Once a owner or guest comes near the
community gate (s)he scan the key to
to open the lock.
