developing. Starting from tens of thousands of Page Views(PV) to multi-million PV, we had gone through
the architecture adjustment, database optimization, caching optimization, business separation, and so on.

A brand-new online school system, including several modules and subsystems, such as CMS, payment
system, examination system, card system, Q&A system, BOSS system, and so on. From 2012, I planed and
participated in development of the whole system, including Android and iOS APPs, till now. During the
construction of the platform of studypay.com, the construction and management of our team have been
greatly improved.
Study Space and APP Factory, Shijia Primary School
This project has two parts, we set out to develop them in early 2015. We developed in parallel, little time
and heavy task, it's a challenging job for our team.
Study Space is a social system, limilar to weibo.com, specified for primary school students, it has too
many modules and functionalities. APP Factory is a system than allows students to customize settings and
resources of APP and generate Native-App online automatically, this system has several technical problems.
Self-evaluation
More than 9 years of technology development experience, and 6 years of experience in technical team
management. Honest and prudent, practical and realistic style of work, striving for excellence. Love of
technology development, good at communication and team management, strong learning ability, can quickly
accept and learn new technology and knowledge, usually insist on reading a lot of new original technical
books, keeping up with the leading edge of technology.
At part time, I likes to explore technology, programming, UNIX-like system (Linux, OSX, FreeBSD, etc.),
