                                                                                                                                                                              Conflict is always about feelings never about facts.
                                                                                                                                                                              Making a fact based decision doesn’t necessarily
                                                                                                                                                                              remove the conflict.

                                                                                                                                                                              People have emotions caused by needs being met or
                                                                                                                                                                              unmet.

                                                                                                                                                                              These needs are inherent to being human.
