SEMPER Fashion Executive Producer Tod Hunter Foulk is the founder of Portland Fashion
Week Productions LLC, SEMPER Fashion, and was a successful fashion designer himself.
He has lent his expertise to, and produced more than, 100 fashion related events since 2000;
has contributed more than $2,000,000.00 to the local economy and $100,000.00 to charity;
launched the careers of internationally acclaimed designers, photographers, models and
stylists; and is internationally recognized for his sustainable business practices .
SEMPER Fashion Producer Jaileene Eubanks is a Portland socialite; Miss City of Roses
International 2012; wife and mother of two; on air hostess and reporter; and actress with
numerous appearances in film and on television including credits in Legally Blonde,
Van Wilder, and Stuart Little Two.
