Dedicated and focused. Having spent my work life in the private sector, I have developed myself to pursue

engagedirectly with workers, giving way to better production output and employee engagement. My years in

A foreign owned Kaolin processing company. Supervision and quality check of raw material. Also supervision
of production process and making sure it matches Clients specifications. Also making sure optimum daily
tonnage is produced.
