Personal & Professional Development 2015
It was observed that there is potential for the junior students to get carried away with
entrepreneurship potentials and not pay due attention to their academics. Therefore, it is
recommended that the Professional Development programme should be divided into 2 categories:
First category should focus on academic excellence workshop for everybody
Second category should be Career & Entrepreneurship Session for only part four(4) and five
(5) students.
The effort of senior friends in diaspora to help current SCMers translate smoothly is highly
commendable; however, we need more participation and commitment from senior friends in
Nigeria so that we can all achieve the vision together.
