purchase securities for the club mock portfolio on Morningstar.com. All securities are purely
digital, no legal tender is required to participate, and there is no exchange of capital at any point
in this process.

Use this chart to select what you would like to invest in. Our fund allows you to invest in Mutual
Funds, ETFs, individual equities, and bonds. For simplicity we do not allow derivatives of any
kind for this exercise. Trading is not allowed and all positions are finalized once this form is
turned in. Security Name is simply the name of what you would like to invest in. The Ticker is
the short name used in financial markets for the security. Because of pricing fluctuations, please
use portfolio weights instead of dollar values for your investments. Your weights should add up
to 100% and the final dollar value invested is relative to your position within the organization.
