2. 3. New Tax Law* provided that “Pay cash at Revenue Department (“RD”) and RD issued the
document below in lieu of Duty Stamp in case of 1) Lease Agreement or Contract for work have value over
1 Million which made since 5 Apr. 2015 and 2) The instrument for registration according to Land Law.
If no action such Agreement or Contract or instrument incomplete and shall pay stamp duty in
cash and pay penalty.”

5. 4. The Amendment of Tax Law (Revision 42) B.E. 2559 (2016)
“Change Corporate Income Tax from 30% of Net Profit to be 20% of Net Profit and binding with
accounting period on or after 1 Jan. 2016”
