SPRING 2015 NEWSLETTER
The last quarter of 2014 was an exciting period
for Belgian Beer Brands. In conjunction with
Flanders Investment & Trade and the Belgian
Ambassador, held an Event at the Belgian
Ambassadors Residence in Oslo, Norway.
BBB organized an exclusive Beer tasting for the
Scandinavian Beer Importers from across the
Region.
Guests were treated to a selection of cheeses
that complimented the Belgian Beer portfolio of
beers. Topped off with a finest selection of
Belgian chocolates by Zokola Chocolates
One of Belgian Beer Brands highlights for
2014 was our amazing trip to Rio, Brazil
to visit the Belgian Beer Weekend, Rio!

The Belgian Beer Event 2014 in Rio ran
from 27- 30 November and was an
incredibly busy when BBB went along.
Although, we were disappointed to see
that some of the were stands were
sadly left empty due to custom
restrictions for certain brewers. We
hope it's better luck for them next
time!
We had the pleasure of hosting our
importers from Curitiba, from Southern
Brazil, who came along specially to
meet with BBB. BBB started the
business at Copacabana beach. We
were also lucky enough to see around
the warehouse of one of the largest
importers of Belgian Beers in Brazil.

Milan!
In February, Belgian Beer
Brands went off to Milan and
had enjoyed an interesting
meeting with the largest
importers of Belgian Beers in
Italy. We also had the pleasure
of going along to the
contemporary offices housing
the Heineken Headquarters in
Milan.
Up and coming activities for us
in 2015 will include further beer
tasting events in Moscow in
June, with the co-operation of
Flanders Investment and Trade
and Zokola chocolates. Belgian
Beer Brands looks forward to
meeting with the Russian
delegation we hosted during our
Belgian Beer Weekend event
back in September of 2014. We
had a kind invitation to go and
visit them in Moscow, so we
will!
