12. Present the specification of workstation and server. Defend why it
would be the best.
• MM1 - Grapchics Designs Room - This is the Graphics Designs
Room because it is beside the CDC which is noisy when there is an
event. Drawing and editing is mostly done while listening to music.
The teacher does not need to discuss much here, too.
• MM2 - Video and Music Editing - This room is near the English
Department and they edit videos and music for something like imatan
and trailers for TL. So instead bringing their own Laptops everyday,
they can instead use this room. This also can be used by classes
that needs video and music editing.

13. Present the specification of workstation and server. Defend why it
would be the best.
• MM3 - Online Room - This is the Online Room or the Internet Room
because the internet's best performance is seen here and the
modem is in here. It is also the recommended room to conduct
summative tests on genyo because of the positioning of the units can
let the teachers supervise cheaters better than other rooms.
• MM4 - Multi-Purpose Room - It is in the middle of the two
departments of high school. Will be mostly used for classes.

14. Present the specification of workstation and server. Defend why it
would be the best.
• MM5 - Programming Room - Programming is the quite a stressful
thing to do. You need a quiet room for it and MM5 is positioned the
most quiet among the 5.

15. How many servers do the multimedia rooms have? If it has only one,
what would you suggest?
• There is only 1 Server for all the Multimedia Rooms. We suggest that
to have a seperate server for MM1- MM2 and MM3-MM5. They are
far from each other and it's a hassle that if one PC malfunctioned the
whole server might be affected and then the server room is far from
the malfunctioning PC.

16. What would be the best ISP? Give the best bandwidth and cost for the
internet connection.

17. Will a wireless medium be a better choice than wired connection?
Defend your answer in the terms of cost.
• In terms of cost, the wireless medium will be better since it doesn't
require wiring expenses.

18. Is there any CCTV cameras in the multimedia rooms? If none, what will
you suggest? Where are you going to place them?
• Only MM1-MM3 have CCTV cameras. MM4 and MM5 should have 2
CCTVs, 1 in front corner and one in the back corner enough to
vaguely see the students' activties in the PCs.

19. What will be your suggested setting for access point?
• In a wired network, turn off its wireless connections so unnecessary
devicees can't connect. But in a wireless network, a password or
filter should be used.
