This document outlines consulting services provided to GEMS CLOs, including a dedicated help desk to support them. The help desk services include advising on wellbeing strategies, promoting wellbeing, running campaigns, providing an online resource center, monitoring trends and initiatives, and conducting quality surveys. The help desk is exclusively for GEMS CLOs and not government departments directly.

A dedicated capacity designed (Help desk) to support GEMS CLO’s will be
maximised to enable optimal support to Govt depts
• Advice and support for wellbeing services/ Dept Wellbeing Strategy
• Wellbeing Promotion
• Wellbeing campaigns
• Wellbeing Change Leader resource centre (Website)
• Monitoring and reporting on trends and the impact of the wellbeing
programmes and initiatives
• Continuous quality assurance through surveys
