1. Leadership
Leadershipissomethingthatispartlybornand partlytaught.Wayn seemstohave the right combination
of bothfor whathe will donext. He will leadthe worldtobecome abetterplace,a place where human
rightsare upheldandmade available foreveryone.Todothishe will leadbyexample, people onlyneed
to see himat workto understandthatadversitycanbe defeatedbyreliance onprinciple basedona
systemof beliefsthatincludesGOD;forthere isnowhere inthe worldthatyoucan escape His presence
and everyseeingeye. He knowsyoubothinside andoutforwhat type of personyouare.
Control
There are factorsthat are neededtocontrol the impulsivenessof youth. These factorsincludeagood
setof parentsthat can leadyouon countlessadventures, memoriesthatcanbe storedaway inyour
mindforinstantrecall giventhe rightsetof circumstances.Wayn’smemoryisactually quite good.He
remembersstrange thingsfromhispastthatall pointto one conclusion,he isa supergenius.
The type of control to create a leaderisinteresting.Itprobablytakesabout57 yearsmore or lessto
complete. The processisbothpainful andpleasant. There all sortof opportunitiestomake the right
decisionsandthe wrongones.Peoplewilljudge youonthe resultsof yourworkandlife ingeneral.
That’s whyconfessionis soimportanttoyoursoul,itreducesthe pentupguiltthat distortsreality.
Psychologicallythe baringof yoursoul isveryimportant.
Wayn no longerfeelsguiltyaboutanythinghe did, forwithhisbaptismunderfire he resolvedand
dissolvedall hissins. He hasneverreallybeenindangeroussituationsthatdidn’thave awatcheror two
close byto offerhelp.Althoughwhenhe climbeddownthe cliff atPalisadeshe couldhave beenkilled
accidently. However, wrappingyourself inasecurityblanketisnotgoodtogive birthto a real leader.
There mustalwaysbe some situationsthatpossiblycouldleadtoapremature death.However,the
worldmustknowthat someday, hopefullyfarinthe future,Waynwill give Time andGravity the
opportunitytobecome the nextgreatleaders.
Wayn hopesthathiswritingswill somedaybe unearthedinsome sortof time capsule sopeople will

goes, whetheritisJerusalemorRome.Fornow the two townsseemtobe Greater Wenatchee andthe

day itis
There has beenalongterm programto studyWayn as he maturedtounderstandhisstrengthsand
weaknesses,andhowhe overcomesthe natural obstaclesthatlie ineveryperson’slife.Waynfinally
turnedto religionashislasthope;andhe prayedto God. God answeredwithamiracle. The onlythingis
that Wayn ison a drug regimenthatkeepshisbodyandmindintact. He is alsosubjecttoa weirdform

2. Control isan interestingdrugthatcan be addictive causingverypoorleadershipif youvalue freewill
and newleadersthathave newideas.Conservative valuesare notnecessarilybad.Theydocontainthe
seedsof decayif fertile groundisnotallowedtohave wildroseswiththornsonce inawhile.
Happiness
There issomethingtobe saidabout beinghappythatisimportantto a leader. It keepshimbalancedand
alert. It isas importantas a good night’ssleep. The mainthingaboutbeinghappyisthatyoumust be
able to live withyourself andnotfeel underprivilegedoroverprivileged.Itisimportantforyour
psychological wellbeingthatyoufeel comfortable withyourself andyoursurroundings.Waynhas
endeavoredtomake sure thathe has a life thatis nice;andhe is for the mostpart veryhappywiththe
results. He hasa fewfavorite hangouts, one beingawindow facingaparkwhile chitchat andsoft music
accompanythe solitude.
There has beenmuchefforttodevelopthe appropriateenvironmentforWaynthathas evolvedoverthe
years. One of the factorsin thisevolutionistokeephiminthe dark andfeedhimtonsof misinformation
to keephimoff balanced.Youcan thankthe InternetandCable TV for that, plusthe newspapers. Wayn
looksat thisas a challenge, forhe hasthe giftof a great mindtoperceive throughthe darknessto
understandthe truthof what isright andwhat iswrong, what isevil andwhatis good.
Procreation
As the multitudesof Earthdevelopthere will be atippingpointinourpopulationthatwithout
interventionwill leadtoacatastrophicepisode of deathandagonyformany. Waynwouldlike toraise a
family, whichisthe natural urge forall of God’screationinthe plantandanimal kingdom. He isno
exception.But,he maychoose notto as a signof leadershipforotherstofollow.Waynisnotreallysure
whatthe actual populationof the planetis. It’sprobablyacloselyguardedsecretandjusta guessbythe
higherups. Infact, the actual state of the worldmaynot be what people think.Especiallyforthose that
don’ttravel.
Wayn ishappyfor hisbrotherand sisterthattheyhave families. He praysthat as the daysand weeksgo
by that theirfamiliesare protectedandencouragedtolive afull andhappylife.Hisparentsare very
proudof all three children.Eachhasreacheda degree of potential thatisamazing.Itisan example for
otherfamiliestofollow.Itissadwhena familyfailsandfallsapart,one of the greattragediesina
relationship.Yetthere isalwayshope thatanotherrelationship willdevelopintoabetterlife forboth
partnersand possiblyextendedfamilies.
The whole problemwithrelationshipsisthattheycan seemcalmat the surface, yetpaddlinglike crazy
belowthe waterline tostayevenwiththe current.Soit seemswiththe teamsof psychologistsand
psychiatristsassignedtoWayn’shealth. He didevermeantobe such an importantcog inthe studiesof

Justas it’snot a weaknesstopray.Perhapsintime Wayn will actuallytrythe datinggame again.
What type of personisWayn lookingfor? She shouldbe a sincerelynice person thatisbothbeautiful
inside andout, someone thatwouldnotbe afraidof hismind. The thingabouthavinga supergenius

There will be many opportunitiestodiscussmytheoriesandpure researchwithpeople;Isense the

Therapyfor Wayn seemstobe puttinghimintoa ‘forced’vacationwhere all he cando istype awayon

At leasthe doesn’thave those headachesanymore.Thatisa goodthing. He remembersaparticularly

neverhadmigraine headachesluckily,justoneswhenhe really,reallyconcentratedonadifficult

SomethingthatWaynwouldnotwant of himself.
Good musicisalsosomethingthatWayn enjoys.Thatiswhyhe is goingto finallyinvestsome money
intoa decentsoundsystemthathe and otherscan enjoyat hisresidences. Weirdlyricsusingthe same
melodyof soundis notwhat he wants;justnormal music witha goodrhythmand beat.Sometimes,as
the moodwants,he likestohearthe depthsof the Blues, the lightnessof Jazz, orthe powerof Rock. For
nowhe hasa trickCD playerthat seemstoplayhisCD’s,but not verywell.Hopefullyhe will‘graduate’

5. Finding a Leader
Some people are veryextravertwhile othersare introvert.A leadercouldbe one orthe otherand
sometimesboth.
Wayn sat downonhis mat withTime andyoungPete before givinghisnextlecture onleadership.
“Pete,wake up.Youalmostfell asleepagain!”To thisPete openedone sleepyeye,thenthe other.
Botherwere bloodshotandthere were darkpuffyskinunderthem. He hadnotsleptforthree days.
“Pete,Iwant to tell youhowto findanatural leader. One thatisnot afraidto make decisionswhenit
comesto goodof the world.First, youneedtoestablishabroadset of nodes.Todaywe’ll call those
nodes‘Starbucks’.There we will sendouragentstrainedinpsychologytofindcandidates.I’mnotsure
howmany nodesthere are in2714, butbelieve me there are plenty.Justlikethere are many, manyvery
goodpsychologists. We will have these trainedobserversandlotsof camerasto videotape everything
fromhis slightestmovementtohiseyes;especiallythe camerathatismountedonhislaptop.Thena
seriesof testswill be developedtogauge hisreactionsandhistiming.A really, reallygoodleadermust
be able to make decisionsrapidly.Butsometimesthesereactionsmaybe incorrect.WhatIwant to say
aboutthat is noone,exceptinmypointof view,isperfect.Otherbeliefswillhave theirownheroesand
theirownGods.In the world,freedomof religionisimportant.Itfreesthe soul andreleasespentup
pressure insociety.”
Time raisedhishandtentatively. He desperatelywantedtoaska question, “How is the projectgoingto
end?”
To thisWayn answered,“Never. We will alwaysbe lookingforleadersbecause asthe populationgrows
more life anddeathdecisionsmustbe made.More leadersmustbe found, whethertheyare
misthropies,commerce,orjust plainthinkers,like me.”
Nowit wasPete’sturnto ask a question.Beingolderhisquestionwasjustalittle bitmore difficultto
answerbecause of the depthandcomplexityof it, “Once found, how will youknow thataleaderwill
stay true to hiscause and not falteror make mistakes;how canyouguarantee thathe will notgoto the
‘Dark’side?”
Wayn thoughtjustbriefly, thinkingof how absolute powercancorrupt absolutely,“Well Pete; thatisa
darn goodquestion.Everyonestartsthe same,asan innocent. Thenthingshappen.The growthof the
braincan be abnormal,the personcouldsufferaconcussion,ortheysimplybecome greedyandgiddy
withthe amountof powerequal tothe position.”
Wayn continuedwithasimple dumpof coffee onthe streetfrom hismatto indicate thathe wasnot
totallydependentoncaffeine tostayawake,“A reallygoodleader,agreatleader,mustbe able toat
leasttype withoutreactingtosimple distractionslike crosstalkina coffee shop.Neithershouldhe react
to noise thatseemsrandom, butisnot. Asa test, watchhisreactionto smilingandhappypeople who

testingyoushoulduse differentpeople eachdaysothe subjectisunaware of how muchscrutinyhe or
she isunder.”
Pete askedanotherquestion,“Whathappenswhenyoufindaleader,andpeoplethinkhe isinsane?”
Wayn said,“You give himappropriate counselingandmedication.Thenyouturnhimloose inthe world
to see whattype of magiche has in a simple notebookcommunicatingwithmany, manypeople.Itis
unfortunate thatas hispublicitybecomesmore andmore,hisprivacy,orseeminglyprivate world,is
turneda little upside down. One of the unfortunate consequencesof sucha searchis that itcan cost a
lotof money.AndImeana lot.Withsuch an investmentthere shouldbe areturn. If the leaderisone of
the thinkingracesof mankind itispossible thatyoucan create a situationthatwill milkhisthoughtsso
otherscan benefit.”
Protectionof a Leader
Wayn continuedhislecture fromthe mat.“A leaderisnodifferentfromanyone else.Theyare bornand
theywill die.Everyone aliveismortal.There isnosuchthingas an indestructible leader.Itissad,but
true. There are accidents, assassinations,illness,andevensuicide.Itisimportanttodevelopan
environmentthatpreventsasmuchas possible anyof these fourtypesof death.
Accidents
Wayn lookedcloselyatPete andTime, “Accidentshappentothe bestof us.There are car accidents,
falls, concussions, evendeathfromdrowning.Thinkof accidentsasanelementof chance inlife. The
more riska persontakesthe more likelyanaccidentwill happen.Yetsome of the bestleadersrisk
almosteverythingtoaccomplishagoal or mission. They are risktakers.700 yearsago isno different
fromtoday. There were people that were extremelybrave, especiallyin the UnitedSates. Some of the
bravestpeople aliveatthattime were groupsof Seals,Rangers, andMarines.Thisincludes other
military, firefightersandpolice units.Theyweretrainedtomake life alteringdecisions,hopefullyforthe
best. Ineverycornerof the worldare amazingpeople.Selflesspeople.Peoplethatare simplybrave.
Assassinations
Wayn continuedhisdiscussion, “Groupsof peopleare trainedtopreventassassinationsbyproperuse of
technologyandjustplainuse of properthinking.700 yearsago there wasa special groupthat guarded
the Presidentof the UnitedStatesandall keyleadersof the White House.Theywere calledthe Secret
Service.Theywere verygoodattheirjobby trainingandadvancedpreparation.Theytendedto
sometimesoverthinkthoughand restrictaccesstothe publicwhenafleshandbloodpersonwas
neededtorepresentthe people.”
Lookingarounda room of thirteenpeople he said,“Sometimesassassinationswere notphysical. They
were aimedtocripple the leader’sambitions. These characterdistortions weredone through pointto
pointcommunication,like cellphones,or broadcastedinprintedmedia, radio,and televisednews
casts.”
7. Illness
Young Time askeda simple question, “Doesn’teveryone getsickanddie eventually?”
Wayn lookedatTime andcarefullyansweredhisquestion,“A leaderislike anyone.Theywill die,but
withpropermedicationanddoctorcare theirlife canbe extendedalmostindefinitely.Whymyown
grandmotheris99! Soyou will have alongtime if youdon’ttake toomany risksandothersaround you
care enoughtoprotect yourwellbeing.700yearsago there were clinics, hospitals, emergencyrooms
that had veryskilledandtraineddoctorsandnursesto cure people eitherbysurgeryormedicine.Inmy
case I hadboth. That’s whyI have a batteryin my chestandbumpson top of my headwhere theydid
neurosurgery.Thenthere are all these pillsItake whichIhave no ideawhattheydo. But, theyseemto
workokay.”
Suicide
Wayn pointedafingeratboth Pete andyoungTime,“Suicide canbe physical,mental orspiritual.Itis
usuallycausedbytoomuch stress.That’swhyvacationsare soimportant.Theyrecharge the capacityof
the leadertoLead. Sometimeswhatseemstobe workforothersis justmessingaroundforthe leader. It
isreallyimportantthatthe leaderhave a goodsense of humorand realize Realitywhenhe seesit.”
Competition
Wayn noddedtoTime and Pete, “Iwantto introduce youto a youngladyfriendof mine.Hername is
Gravity, but we’ll justcall herGravfor short. She got that name because she wasintertwinedwithspace
to such a degree thatnobodyknewwhattodo for her,so I tookherundermy wingas a student.”
Lookingat Grav he said,“Goodleaderslove achallenge,whetherit’sfindingtheircar,waitinginan
endlessqueue,ordrinkingsomethingthatmakesthemvery,verysleepyforashort time.That’sone
reasonastronautsare givenendlesschoreswhile inorbitaroundthe Earthwhen they’re inspace. It
relievesthe boredomthataconfinedspace placesuponthem.Inlargersystems,liketownsandcities,
weirdstreetsanddetours dothe same thing. It placesa puzzle forthe persontoponderon before
makingeitheraright,leftor centerdirection.InTae KwonDoI could fightwell fromeitherside,leftor
right.I normallychoose atrandomjust to confuse the playersalittle.”
Wayn askedGrav gently,“Tell usaboutyourearlychildhoodandwhatmade youbecome asyou are
today,a fine respectedyounglady.”
Grav answeredina nervousway,a shyway,a way that broughtsmilestopeople everywhere,“Iuse to
sipcocktailswithmygrandfatherandmother, butonlya sip.Now all Idrinkis wine andan occasional
beerdependingonthe situation.Idrinknomore than twodrinksa nightas it relievessome of the stress
that the day bringson.I alsolike towin.Notat ‘nomatterwhat the cost’,but winfor the principle of it.I
guessthat I am a little competitive afterall!
Wayn looked atPete andTime,“Do youunderstandwhatshe justsaid? Keepyourprinciplesintact.Do
not letcompetitioncreate suchablinderonyoureyesthatyoufowl upthe otherhorsesthatare racing
rightnextto youwiththe same purpose inmind.700 yearsago in the UnitedStates one of the greatest
8. principleswasfreedomof thought.Youwouldneverbe penalizedforjustthinkingsomething.Gravdoes
have a pointthough;youshouldat leasttry to winthe prize,whateveritmightbe.“
Wayn continued,“Iwant to tell youa storyabout a sparringmatch that I wasin withagainstBill Pilke.
He wasa lotstrongerand biggerthanI was,but usuallyIcouldfighttoa leasta draw.ThenGene
Parsonstaughtbill howto beatme by doinga spinningkick. He coulddoit so quickwithsomuch force
that all I coulddo wasdodge.FinallyItriedtocome in where Icouldtake himout withmyhands, but
unfortunatelyIcaughta spinningsidekickrightinthe gutsohard it seemedthat itwouldpopoutof my
back! Of course I recovered. The onlythingthatI knew thatwouldhave stoppedhimwastohammerfist
histhighas he spun,but I didn’tbecause itreally,reallywouldhave hurtBill.”
Grav askedWayn a simple butdirectquestion,“Doesthatmeanthat you shouldneveruse deadly
force?”
Wayn answeredherthe bestwaypossible foraCatholic/Christian,“Alwaysturnthe othercheek,
maybe evenif livesare atstake - foronlyGod shoulddecide whenandwhere apersonshoulddie.Butin
practical termsthingsare muchmore complicatedthanasimple answer.Iwouldaskyouto make
decisionsbasedonthought,not justemotion.Pray,prayasa nationand a worldfor PEACE and
completionagainstSpace.”
Wayn continued,“Competitiongoesbeyondsingle individuals.Thatiswhere leaderscome in.Theyact
as navigatorsforthe rest of us in a waythat sometimesdefiesexplanation.Largersystemslike towns,
cities,counties,statesandevennationscompeteforlimitedresources. One of the mostvaluable
resourcesisgoodleaders, people thatcantake a situationandunderstandhow togetout of it without
hurtinganyone.Politics, whetheritiscommerce orparty, cannot be avoidedingroupsas small astwo
and as large as 28 billion.”
Brains
A worldleaderdoesn’thave tobe the smartestpersononthe planet.But,theydoneedtoattract
people thathave the capacityto be smart in theirdecisionmaking.Waynwouldsaythathe is above
mostpeople insome areasof intelligence. He seemstolike alittle abouteverythingandtriesnotto
specialize inone areatoomuch.It getsboring.He lovestoask ‘Why?’whenitcomesto lookingatthe
world.Itprobablydrove hisparentsa little nuttywhenhe wasgrowingup!
His workat Evergreenwhenhe wasan undergraduate isagoodexample. He wouldrandomlyselect
three or fourbooksand a couple of magazinesfromthe racks to write a paperon. It was more funthat
way.Nowhe goesto RainyDay Recordsandrandomlypicksoutsome CD’s to playon his‘stereo’.The
musicselectionisaproduct of hissubconsciousactingonwhathe seesintownduringthe weekinterms
of signsandcar advertisementsthatweek.Itseemstohelphismoodalittle.
One of the inspirationalthingsthathe hasinhis family/computerroom ispaintingsandprintsthathelp
infocus andrelax. Foranyone that issmart theyrequire somethingtoinspire theirwritings.Thatiswhy
9. Wayn likesthe religiousprinttobe inbackof him.It ishisway of thinkingthatno matterwhathappens,
God will alwaysbe there towatch your back andhelpyouin time of need.
One of the bestacademicideastocome out was ‘MagnetSchools’where the curriculumisdesignedto
attract people thathave talentinarts, science, engineering, ortrade. The problemwithsome of the
schoolsthatWayn has seenisthat theyseemalittle overprotectiveof the children.Youshouldletthem
run around, not justonthe playground, butbetweenclassesaswell.Waynwill call thisthe ‘Chaos
Theoryof Education’.Itisimportantthat childrencanplaywhile theyare ata youngage. Schoolsshould
not be justfactoriesthatput out theirquotaof studentsthatpass testsat a certainarbitrary level.
Home schoolingisanothergoodapproach,as longas the childrencandevelopfriendsoutside their
home.Notjust‘on-line’ or‘double thumb’ friends,butpeoplethattheycansee prettymuch whenever
theywantto. Wayn has recordsof an olderAmerica,700 yearsago, thatexploredthe abilityof letting
parentswhodidnot wantto have their childrenexposedto anenvironmentthatfosteredimmorality.
Sanctuary
It isimportantfor leaderstofeel atease intheirenvironmentwhichcanbe sometimeschaoticattimes.
For thisreasona seriesof sanctuariesandNational Parkshave beenestablishedthroughoutthe world.
Wayn openedthe doorforPete,Time andGrav to come in.
“Please place yourmatswhereveryouwouldlike, butface me forthe time being”,he saidwithalittle
smile.“Iwill tell youwhatIenjoyaboutthe outdoorsthatinspiresme towrite.Yousee yourself asa
reflectionof nature inthe eyesof God.We all belongtothe multiverse;everyone of us.Nature givesus
a natural balance toour livesbyrestingourmindsonbeautiful things. A harmonycanbe established
thisway betweenmanandthe world.Of course,nothingisperfect.Deathaffectsall livingsystems,and
entropywill occur. However,we canrise above thisissue bythinkingof otherthingsandignoringthe
negatives.”
Wayn pointedtoyoungTime, “Howlongdo youwant to live?”He askedina mellow tone.
Time responded,“Atleastaslongas myFather.”
To that Wayn responded,“That’sagoodanswer, butif your countryreallyneedsyouandpraysfor your
healthyoumayevenlive longerthanthat. Each one of you has specificabilitiesandtalentsthat
combinedinthe rightwaywill cause a movementtooccurin whichwhole systemsof people will do
amazingand arcane things.Maybe the FTT engineswon’tbe the lastamazingdevice developed.”
He continued,“There wasatime whenIwas very,verysick.People knew mypotential,butitwaslocked
up and somewhatbroken.Somehow,Ibecame somewhatof a national resource andunderwentyears
of traininganddevelopment,testingandmedical experiments,until the time wasright.Thenmyhead
was carvedup like aturkeybythe skilledsurgeon’sknife toimplantthingsandpossiblyrelieve pressure
on mybrain. It couldbe that the medicine thatIwason actuallypromotedbraindevelopmentand
10. neededphysicalroom.Whateverthe case,now Iam on a strict medicine regimenwhichhealsmybody
and treatsmy psyche. But,I cheatfrom time totime.”
The Known and Unknown
For a leadertosucceedinhiswork, the people underhimorher needtohave faithinthe abilityto
directdecisionmakingwithoutquestioning, atleastmostof the time, the directionthat the leadertakes
hisor her ‘flock’.That’swhymanyhistorical figureswere sosuccessful,includingof course Jesus.But
youcan lookat historyandreligionstofindmany,manygoodleadersthatinspiredpeople tobehave
themselves.
Knownleaderstend tobe a little bitmore public, unlesstheybelongtothe shadow organizationsof
governmentandreligions.Bythat, whatWaynmeans, “Is that there are the obviousfacilitiesof
administrationthatthe ‘public’sees, andthenthere are the lessobviousfacilitiesof administrationthat
are builtarounddifferentpower bases. These powerbasesare composedof peoplethatare directedto
functionona missiontomissionbasis. There are the good, the bad,and the uglytype of characters in
these networks.”
HopefullyWayndrawsthe goodto himas a magnetdrawssteel ashe continued,“There issomethingto
be saidabout popularfiguresandhowtheyare depictedbythe media.Youmustrememberthatmedia
distortsandspinsrealitytofitthe particularpurpose of the editor.Thismediabecomesimplantedinto
the subconsciousmindsof the readers.Itissimplymeanttobuy, sell andtrade products, services,or
emotions.Mythinkingaboutthisisthatmany seeminglyobviousthingsare actuallyspunupfantasies,
nothingmore andnothingless.”
Witha sighWayn kepton,“People are afraidof the unknown, whetheritbydark or light, orevengray.
Theyfearbecause at an earlyage,before reasoningwaswellestablished,theyperceivedhurtandpain.
Thisfeelingbecame attachedtoobjectsandpeopleandpersistsasa neurosisof typesunknowntome.
Everyone fearssomething,itisjustnatural.If theydon’t,thenyouhave a problem.Control slipsand
theybecome capable of doingmuchdamage to people orinstitutions.Idorespectwithfearcertain
typesof people andthings. But, thisfeargives me anedge.Itwill alertme to anypossible dangerto
myself,familyandfriends. EvenstrangersthatIdon’tknow can benefit.“
Flow of Decisions
Wayn lookedoutof a favorite coffee shopthathe likeslisteningtobackgroundmusicandidle chitchat.
It was relaxingforhimtospendhistime thiswaydrinkingone of hisfavorite drinks, asugarfree vanilla
Italiansoda. It wasa warmday outside anda lotof people were wearingtheirsummerclothes.
SurprisingenoughPete andGravwalkedin,thenTime.
“What the heck are you three upto?”
Theyjustwentintoa corner and startedwhisperingwitheachother, thencame backto Wayn witha
question.
11. “We wantto knowhowyou make decisionssofastandso accurately.”
Wayn alreadyhadthe answer,“I justknow whatis rightat the righttime andmake a decisionquickly
knowingthatsometimesImake wrongdecisions, butmuchmore oftenImake the rightones. It is
importantto have confidence inyourdecisions. One of the bestwaystopractice thistype of decision
makingisto take a large garbage can intothe garage.Thenstart throwingawayeverythingthatdoesn’t
