Located in 10 locations in the metro Atlanta area and
provides catering services
Considered one of the best bakery in Atlanta and are
known for their wedding cakes

3. Objectives with email marketing
Alan would use an email marketing service for:
Marketing Specials of the day on the menu
Allowing customer to place an order
online
Reminding customers about catering
options for 10+ people for parties,
weddings, etc.
Sending special emails targeting brides
with offers for wine and cake tasting
parties
Inviting VIPs to “best customer events”
Offering to cater office Christmas parties,
summer picnics, etc.

4. Emailing List
It is necessary to have an email marketing
service that will reach out to every segment in a
timely matter and be effective at the same time.
There will be segmentation done on
brides based on their wedding month, and
12 emails will be sent out per wedding
campaign.
A special reminder email would be sent
out to those who have previously done
business with Alan's. These emails would
be used to remind customers of a special
date or purchase so that they can choose
Alan's again.
For instance, a birthday reminder to
remind the customer to choose Alan's for
their birthday cake.

the better option out of the emailing services. They
have a easy to use interface, which is perfect for
beginners. There are also many templates to choose
from to get your email the way you want it. There's also
a variety of ways to segment your target audience
making it easier to get your message across.
Additionally, MailChimp is a cheaper solution and can
still get the job done.
