 Seed and production bioreactor operations with CHO cells: 100L, 400L, 2KL and 12KL
 Perform bioreactor and line CIPs and SIPs at daily requirements.
 Execute cleaning validation and verification forms for CIPs.
 Follow hybrid batch records to perform bioreactor batching and bioreactor to bioreactor
transfer.
 Harvest CHO cells from 2KL or 12KL production bioreactors through the manufacturing
centrifuge, clarifying, cuno and final filter carts.
 Monitor and trend bioreactor parameters daily through DeltaV and BMS systems.

 Thaw and incubate CHO cells from shake flasks up to 50L wave bags, before seeding
bioreactors.
 Utilize GMP aseptic technique and accurate serological pipette skill.
 Perform cell counts on lab instruments, Cedex, BGA and Rapid lab.
 Operate Delta V and QC LIMS systems.
 Review paper and electronic batch records.
