Perform bioreactor and line CIPs and SIPs at daily requirements.
Execute cleaning validation and verification forms for CIPs.
Follow hybrid batch records to perform bioreactor batching and bioreactor to bioreactor
transfer.
Harvest CHO cells from 2KL or 12KL production bioreactors through the manufacturing
centrifuge, clarifying, cuno and final filter carts.
Monitor and trend bioreactor parameters daily through DeltaV and BMS systems.

Perform cell counts on lab instruments, Cedex, BGA and Rapid lab.
Operate Delta V and QC LIMS systems.
