及績效指標；另外考量「員工福利」係屬企業所分配的經濟價值之一，更是我國持續努力改善之
目標，為促進金融保險業者對基層員工薪資待遇之重視。

季大純作品最顯著的一個特點就是，大面積的留白，所描繪的物件至於畫面的中央，且比例占到
整個畫面極小的位置。在中國傳統的山水畫中，通常都將人物比例處理的極小，放在浩淼的大山
水之中，寄託人對於自然山水的崇拜與敬畏。某種程度上，季大純攫取了中國傳統山水畫中的這
個點，將所描繪的形象處於巨大的空白畫布中央，又因為所描繪對象的精小，他的每一筆都必須
處在一個可控的節制狀態，這個狀態的拿捏程度類似於中國繪畫中的工筆。
