The leak inspector investigated ongoing leaks in two classrooms at XXXXX Elementary School in Tucson, Arizona. The leaks were located inside the walls between windows and were caused by faulty roof drain plumbing running under the tile roof and down the inside of the walls. The likely source of the leaks was determined to be issues with the roof drain plumbing that needs to be repaired by a plumber opening up the walls.

Leak Inspection Notes and Observations:
1. Leak has been an on-going issue for many years. Teachers in (2) two classrooms reported
that water runs down the wall between two east facing windows. The leak is isolated to one
location in each classroom. The reported leaks are located under a tile roof section with no
obvious defect. The Flat Roof drain is in line with the leak in both rooms. I investigated and
determined that the roof drain plumbing runs under the tile roof and down the inside cavity of
the wall at the location of the leak in both class rooms. See Pictures
2. Drain Plumbing Problem - Needs a plumber, open up wall and make repairs. Same condition
at both classroom 5 and 7.
