investment by committing to build
up a Five Start hotel & one
furnished Apartments residential
tower in the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi with a land investment cost
of AED 130 Mio and an
estimated construction cost of
USD 150 Mio for a build up area
of 367,000 Ft2
Planet Group has also funded
from its equities two investments
in the Emirate of Ajman for two
commercial towers of a combined
estimated cost of AED 45 Mio,
out of which one commercial
tower is completed and handed
over while as the second tower is
50% built and is expected to be
handed over by Mid 2016.

The Inbound department of Planet service the client from Welcome to
U.A.E. to Bye bye from U.A.E. All group department related activities are
available in house.
Planet handles yearly tourists from Far East, East & West Europe, CIS,
Africa & Middle East around 120,000 tourist from different destinations
Group Department
Planet has a dedicated group department that can handle groups from 15
pax onwards. This department can prepare itineraries for the group from
transportation to dedicated guides. Tailor made itineraries are coordinated
between Planet other in house service departments.
We can also offer combined group packages between UAE and Oman.
F.I.T. Department
Planet Travels & Tours LLC is a wholesale travel Management Company, distributes range of FIT
& Group products that include Hotels, Apartments, Car rentals, Transfers, Sight-seeing with all other
ground handling services.
Planet Online system handles (a password protected B2B system), all inbound tour business which
includes accommodation, leisure activities and all other DMC services in UAE. Our system is 100%
web based and our online booking system is designed for our Agents worldwide to have instant
confirmation, for all services through Agent Web Access (AWA).
Our System accomplished greater distribution and sales across two separate channels, our call
center and B2B agent’s .Also we are on the final stage of implementation of new distribution channel
for our B2C customers.
We plan on releasing a plug-in, which is an end to end management console for XML in and out
integrations" latest by September 2011.
