Project Name : eFROI (Electronic First Report of Injury)

Project Description : eFROI is an intranet web based application used to generate and manage the
First Report of Injury (FROI), Distribution Rules and Recipients for WC claims. It receives claim data from the
Claim Intake systems (IxPRS – WC claims, EDI external claims from Intake Utility application – owned by
EXPRS application), generates the FROI pdf and per the rules defined, creates and distributes the FROI
reports, routing FROI Archive to On Demand, sending FROI information to the Publishing Factory to be
printed and mailed (Postal) to states, branch offices and customers, faxing FROIs to customers and branch
offices, and emailing FROI’s to branch offices
Responsibilities:
• Working with IT Manager and Client developers to review the requirement, estimation and analysis for
SSN Masking
• Prepared technical documentation for SSN Masking.

Project Description : Form Manager (4D) is the tool that is used to upload new or changed First
Report of Injury (FROI) Forms (in Adobe Illustrator EPS format) to the Sybase backend. It manages version
control, as well as the number data that is replaced in the illustrator file.
4D is the third party vendor tool. Business needs to invest more money to renew the 4D license. In order to
avoid the further investment, business took the decision to implement the same 4D concept into Java code.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the functionality of 4D tool
• Prepared Processing Overview, Class diagram, Sequence diagram and model program
• Performed java coding using core Java.
• Performed test cases
• Documenting all the functionality information.
• Participate in status meeting with Project Manager.

the State FROI forms. Business will consolidate all the requirements requested by the customer and assign it
to IT.

• Uploading the updated Adobe forms into 4D technology which reflects in the Sybase table.

Project Description : Credit/Debit/Prepaid card Host has been developed to handle
the credit/debit card transactions for bank customers. For this purpose Credit / Debit card Host has been
connected to VISA VAP through NARADA™ Connect and MASTER connects with NARADA™, and the
transactions from VISA/MASTER will come to the Credit / Debit card Host for authorization.
The SWITCH/Narada acts as a middle tier between source [VISA/MASTER and POS/ATM/ECOM] and the
destination. The Message Format between ATM and SWITCH on ELF (Eliminated message Format) and
Inside the SWITCH based on the ISO 8583 and from the SWITCH to Host on ELF. SWITCH will take STIP [Stand
In Process] when the host is down. Pin verification done by HSM [Host Security Module]. After validation
switch routing to the host authorization module.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the online transactions using the putty login.
• Identifying the decline reason for the online transactions using the multiple Logs inside the server
(UNIX).
• Handling the VISA Edit Package for downloading the settlement file from VISA.
• Exposure to process the Chargeback in VB application and create the VISA standard file using batch
program inside the server , through FTP, file can get from server to PC then stage this file to VISA
through Edit Package.
• Processing Merchant Credit, Reversal transactions and Release transactions using VB application.
• Designing SQL (query) for analyzing the issue.
• Troubleshooting the dispute transactions.
