2. About US
 Appvista started developing the modules of this software in January 2015.
 We have designed and developed the “iSociety Connect” application from scratch.
 We personally attended our society meetings and have understood the requirements
of society operations.
 After attending so many society meetings we started understanding that in todays
busy world its very difficult to manage our professional life with our personal life and
society meetings is something which todays youth don’t like to attend, hence we
together thought why their shouldnt be an app that solves this problem where
meetings and complains can be share on phone.
 And this is how the seed of iSociety Connect was sown and we are thinking of growing
this plant in everyones house.
 We have included society wall, complain, emergency, nearby places

3. Our Team
 We are team of 5 people belonging to information technology.
 Mr. Navnath Memane has 4 years of experience in iOS mobile application development. He is also
managing the team and company operations.
 The Android mobile application is assigned by Mr. Sudesh Dhawade. He has 2 years of experience
in software development. The design of “iSociety Connect” software is handled by Mr. Vinod
Chaudhari having 7 years of experience in software designing industry.
 The Website, web services for mobile, database and windows accounting software have been
assigned to Mr Sachin Jawale. He has 8 years of experience in IT industry.
 The marketing and content management have been given to Miss Amrita Adivarekar. She has 3
years of relevant experience in marketing and HR.

 Every one will be using I connect on their phone and societies and its issues and
meetings will go mobile in next couple of years

 The “iSociety Connect” software is the
intranet of the society. This provides solution
for society management and operations. This
mobile application and website software

7. iSociety wall :
 Here society member can share their views , status, photos, videos. They
can also see others status according to privacy setting.
 The cooking recipes, adds, books etc will be shared to all users from
server/backend by company content management policy.
Member Profile:
 The member profile contains the personal and business details of
individual member where he can add, edit, delete information.

8. Chat :
 The Chat functionality contains the sharing of text content. The default committee group will
be formed having all committee members (chairman, secretory, treasurer). The general society
members can chat one to one or one to many.
Intercom call :
 The most advance functionality in todays software industry. We are giving the feature of calling
which will replace the landline intercom system with personal mobile handsets.
Emergency sms :
 Here we have provided to add the mobile number of user choices. If there is any emergency or
suspicious situation then you can press the alarm and the SMS will be sent on user selected
mobile numbers which activate the mobile alert sound.

9.  Society Complaint- Suggestions : Here user can raise the complaint or
make suggestions which will be notified to respective society committee.
This communication through mobile can resolve the issue faster.

 Society on Map : This will provide the information about the near by
places like school, colleges, hotels etc from society or user current
position.

 Calendar : This provide the upcoming festivals and events on calendar.
Society chairmen can also add event and monthly meeting schedule can
be displayed on calendar. Notification will be sent to every member. The
event/meeting/birthday/anniversary timing can be shown on calendar of
application.

10. Add-on for Website :
 The library to keep society soft copy document secured.
 The space for information of society amenities would be provided.
 Payment gateway to make the online payment of maintenance would be provided.
 Soft copy of electric/landline/maintenance bills would be provided to user inbox.

 Society management on mobile device.
 We also intend to provide useful content on iSociety Wall to engage the user with
“iSociety Connect” app.
 The iSociety wall will provide recipes, stories, books, comics etc as per availability.
 Society Chat, intercom call, Emergency SMS, Accounting are the key features of
the application.

 Accounting Software for Windows Desktop:
 This will give the opportunity of maintaining accounts, auditing and generating all the
society bills to society committee member with ease.
 Joint Venture Company :
 In future we are planning to give services to societies by appointing the company
executive at respective society. This will depend on our software product success.
