6. Bharani Hydraulics pvt ltd, Tamil Nadu, India: (1 month)
Worked as a programming apprentice for engineering projects with a team of 4 people
Automated vertical storage carousal for storing parts in the inventory
Design (Auto CAD) and fabricated 16 racks of storage bins with vertical reach of 9
feet and width of 4 feet
Have hands on experience working with stepper motor interfaced with rotary
encoders
Researched relevant sensors and motors based on requirements for the project
and prepared purchase order quotations
Programmed a hydraulic press with electrically actuated solenoid valves (Directional
control valves) for hydraulic circuit
Worked on interfacing mechanical limit switches on the hydraulic press and programmed
the Siemens PLC using CX-one ladder logic program
Limit switches are hardwired with PLC for program inputs and monitored the hydraulic
circuit design and layout for the hydraulic press

7. TATA motors pvt ltd, Pune, India: (3 months)
Worked independently as graduate internship trainee in the weld shop floor of vehicle
under body chassis
Observed daily equipment breakdowns and maintenance operation in weld shop
Documented weld shop equipment breakdown for line 1 out of 4 production lines
Studied equipment maintenance and repair manual for KUKA welding robot on
production line
Worked on developing Andon online monitoring system for equipment breakdown
identification
Utilized MS excel to create several equipment identification number and interfaced
online with industrial controllers to monitor equipment breakdown
