Stress relief with reflexology presentation. We use it for corporate training for wellness education corporate programs. After learning the concepts of reflexology you will be able to discuss the stressor at work and how you deal with them. Hands-on portion includes demonstration and practice of self-applied techniques on the reflexes areas directly related to stress. You will gain skills on how to use natural, noninvasive techniques on your own hands any time you want to reduce stress and become more productive.
