Date 16/09/2011<br />“Media helps for transparency and information” <br /> Mr. Sudhir Sinha commissioner of police<br />National Institute of mass communication and journalism semester 3 students visited Ahmedabad Police commissioner office on Wednesday. Mr. Sudhir Sinha (commissioner) informed how the police system works for the protection of the society and various challenges faced by the police department. During his interaction with the students he said how media is useful for the police department and people. <br />According to him media is helpful for transparency in our social system and act as a strong watch dog for the society. He discussed about the tough competition prevailing in the Indian media. He suggested the students to be updated about the current affairs and technology.
