Desde junio 2006 a la fecha se han
vendido 302 kits electorales para
organizar nuevos partidos de alcance
nacional (...además hay 278 adicionales
que sólo quieren tener alcance regional).
Esto dificulta la conformación de alianzas
de largo plazo y realizar acuerdos sobre
políticas de largo plazo.
