NETCOM Vendor Process
   Purpose:        To establish Vendor Engagement procedures for NETCOM that
                   will achieve and enhance appropriate outreach, dialogue and
                   collaboration.

   Objective:      Collaborate with vendors, assess capabilities and determine if
                   capabilities or best practices can be leveraged by NETCOM and
                   lead to filling current, emerging and future missions mission gaps
                   or requirements.
