This document contains summaries of 6 studies published in the UK Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biosciences. The studies examined the effects of atorvastatin and streptozocin on rat hippocampus, the anti-atherosclerotic effects of virgin coconut oil in rats, the phytochemistry and pharmacology of Withania somnifera, lipid profiles and markers in pregnancy induced hypertension, the radioprotective effects of salicin in rat brain tissue, and the mycoflora associated with cotton varieties. The journal aims to publish high-quality research and has an impact factor rated by the SJIF.
