RA 9165 was enacted to safeguard the well-being of Filipinos, especially youth, from the harmful effects of dangerous drugs. It pursues this goal by apprehending drug traffickers and users and imposing penalties as outlined in the law, balancing drug control with access to medication, and providing treatment programs. The law defines dangerous drugs and trafficking and use. Trafficking refers to the illegal exchange of money for banned substances, while use refers to how an individual consumes the substance. The law outlines penalties for importation, sale, and other acts involving dangerous drugs and precursor chemicals.
Take action for a healthier planet and brighter future.

In order to prevent this, I believe that this two recommendations would help as a call of action to
other people.
First, an individual seeks to everyone campaign against drug use the strategy's purpose is to
make communities safer and healthier by coordinating efforts to prevent drug use, treat addiction,
and eliminate illicit drug production and distribution. Second, the promotion of the drug-free
workplace it was important to create and sustain a drug-free workplace through the development
of supportive, encouraging, and centrally posted rules and procedures can enhance company by
attracting the proper kind of people to help the firm expand without the disruptions associatedwith
drugs in the workplace..
