dengan biaya kuliah saat ini
RP500.000.000
Penyelesaian:
Biaya kuliah 5 th lagi sebesar
1M.
Jika hanya menabung tanpa
investasi :
1M/ 60bulan = 16,6jt/bulan
ACHIEVABLE
(DAPAT TERCAPAI)
Target yang telah ditentukan tersebut dapat
dicapai (Achievable) artinya target ini tidak
boleh terlalu mudah, tetapi juga tidak boleh
terlalu sulit.
Contoh:
Penghasilan/bulan : 5juta (kerja di Jakarta)
Mau nyicil mobil, cicilan 4juta/bulan
Jika ingin mencicil, maksimal 35% dari
pendapatan yaitu 1.750.000/bulan.
Jika tetap ingin mencicil 4jt/bulan, perbesar
income hinga 11.5jt/bulan
