太陽電池3枚を直列接続して、LTspiceを活用し、日射量の影響を考慮
して、シミュレーションを行ってみます。
4つのケースで出力特性シミュレーションを行います。
①Cell1_sol=1.0, Cell2_sol=1.0,Cell3_sol=1.0
②Cell1_sol=1.0, Cell2_sol=0.5,Cell3_sol=0.1
③Cell1_sol=1.0, Cell2_sol=1.0,Cell3_sol=0
④ Cell1_sol=0, Cell2_sol=0,Cell3_sol=0
