As a Senior Technical Staff Member (STSM) in IBM I lead teams of software engineers for the development of IBM software products. Over the past years I led the development of IBM Optim Performance Manager (OPM). My global team consisted of 40 engineers in USA, Germany, Poland, India and China. I have been responsible for content, design and timely delivery of OPM, the integration with products such as DB2, PureData or WebSphere. In 2013 I have worked as an architect for Workload Manager (WLM) component in DB2 BLU and in Netezza, a.k.a. IBM PureData for Analytics (component of the IBM Big Data platform).
